随着汽车和轮胎行业的迅速发展,由此产生的废旧轮胎也逐年增加。废旧轮胎再利用技术既可解决橡胶资源短缺问题,又能消除黑色污染,是循环经济的重要环节,在推广这一技术的同时,应注意其伴生的环境污染。再利用生产主要分为清洗、打磨、粘中垫胶、粘预硫化胎面、低温硫化等步骤。此过程将产生粉尘、非甲烷总烃废气、橡胶颗粒以及清洗废水等污染物。应对这些污染物采取有效的治理措施,使其满足达标排放和无害化的要求,以达到经济利益和环境保护的双赢。  相似文献

The reaction mechanism of ozone (O3) addition to the double bonds of gas phase keto-limonene was investigated using ab initio methods. Two different possibilities for O3 addition to the double bond were considered and two corresponding van derWaals complexes (Complex 1 and Complex 2) were found for 1-endo and 2-endo. The rate constants were calculated using the transition state theory at the CCSD(T)/6-31G(d) + CF//B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level. The high-pressure limit of the total rate constant at 298 K was 3.51 × 10-16 cm3/(molecule sec), which was in a good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

基于拓扑理论计算了7种氯代苯胺分子的Kier和Hall的原子类型电性拓扑状态指数(E)f。通过多元线性回归和最佳变量子集回归方法建立了氯代苯胺对斑马鱼急性毒性(pLC5)0与其电性拓扑状态指数的最佳二元定量构效关系(QSAR)模型,其传统判定系数(R)2为0.978,逐一剔除法(LOO)的交互验证系数(Q)2为0.964。根据统计学观点,该模型具有良好的稳健性及预测能力,用该模型给出的估算值和实验值非常接近,优于相关文献的计算结果。从进入该QSAR模型的2个电性拓扑状态指数(E9,E2)6可见,所建的数学方程显示芳环内=C<及硝基中氮原子(=N≤)是影响其pLC50的主要结构因素。  相似文献

从深圳福田红树林中分离出一株细菌,对球形棕囊藻有溶藻活性,通过形态鉴定为假单胞菌属细菌。将球形棕囊藻、藻过滤液和提取的溶血毒素与细菌共培养,通过荧光显微计数及平板计数研究活细菌数和可培养细菌数,结果表明:当细菌直接与棕囊藻共培养时,细菌很快进入VBNC状态,细菌能够促进棕囊藻溶血毒素的积累。而将细菌置于透析袋中与棕囊藻一起共培养时,棕囊藻对细菌的VBNC状态影响不大,细菌对棕囊藻溶血毒素的积累无影响。对数期、稳定期棕囊藻培养过滤液和溶血毒素均可使细菌很快进入VBNC状态,溶血毒素可能在球形棕囊藻在被牧食及抑制其他竞争者中(化感作用)扮演着重要的角色。  相似文献

本研究通过对磁湖底泥氮释放的特性进行实验室静态模拟实验,测定不同温度对磁湖底泥中氮释放量的影响。结果表明,温度升高时,底泥中NH3-N、TN释放通量增大,NO2-N和NO3-N释放通量减小。磁湖底泥的TN释放通量为-120到-25 mg/m3.d,NH3-N、NO2-N和NO3-N和TN释放通量基本呈负释放,说明磁湖大部分氮元素沉积到底泥中。本研究为探讨磁湖水质的改善提供相关的依据,并为以后关于磁湖的治理研究提供一定参考。  相似文献

鹤山灰霾期间大气单颗粒气溶胶特征的初步研究   总被引:15,自引:2,他引:13  
2012年6月9-17日,使用单颗粒气溶胶质谱仪(SPAMS)分析了鹤山大气中单颗粒的特征,共采集到同时含有正负离子谱图的颗粒763350个,其粒径主要集中在0.2~2.0 μm之间,期间发生灰霾的天数为3d.研究结果表明,该地区的大气颗粒物类型主要可分为7种:元素碳(EC)、有机碳(OC)、元素-有机碳混合(ECOC)、大分子有机碳(HMOC)、海盐(Na-K)、富钾颗粒(K-rich)和富铅颗粒(Pb-rich).灰霾天气下,颗粒中的二次成分含量更高,粒径显著增大.各颗粒类型数量浓度均有一定程度的提高,其中,以EC、ECOC和K-rich的增加最为明显.分析结果表明,水稻秸秆的集中焚烧及EC、ECOC和K-rich的老化是形成本次灰霾的重要原因.  相似文献

Yanghe Reservoir is an important source of drinking water for Qinhuangdao City,North China;however,in recent decades this water source has been eutrophic with recurrent summer cyanobacterial blooms.The trophic grade of the system in summer was mesotrophiceutrophic in 1990 and became hypertrophic in 2011.The nutrient availability is extremely high during the entire year,and the water temperature should be the primary driver of the summer blooms.In May-October of 2010 and 2011,abrupt variations were observed in the Secchi depth(SD) and chlorophyll a(Chl-a),and both the correlated analysis of Chl-a-SD and trophic status indices(TSI) deviation(TSI Chl-a-TSI SD) showed that algal cell density dominated light attenuation.During the algal bloom outbreak,the microcystin concentration was found to vary between 0.35-2.12 μg/L in 2010 and 0.11-1.86 μg/L in 2011.The maximum microcystin content was more than two times the safety limit required for drinking water.Inflow discharges were most concentrated in the summer,with periods of lower residence time and the largest water level fluctuation over the entire year.When a high availability of nutrients promoted a high Chl-a concentration in the whole system,it appeared that the instability caused by the decrease in residence time could not produce effective changes in the cyanobacterial abundance.The results indicated that nutrient enrichment in the aquatic systems of Yanghe Reservoir is the most serious problem and that the status would not been modified effectively by increasing hydrological fluctuations(e.g.,decreasing the residence time).Therefore,decreasing the nutrient concentrations is the only route to improve the water quality of this reservoir.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Global environmental cooperation serves as an important part in the Chinese ideal of building a Community with a Shared Future for all Human Beings. The report of 19th CPC National Congress indicates that China is committed to proactive mitigation under the Paris Agreement and further participating in global environmental governance under the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and both of which are largely integrated to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). BRI are also closely linked with South–South environmental and climate cooperation proposed by China from previous UN summits. Based on shared ideas, intersected agendas, and compatible governance approaches, BRI and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development grow increasingly relevant and they might form synergies based on increasingly interactive relations. In sum, seeking and intensifying the linkages between BRI and 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs) could address global environmental governance deficits and enhance cooperation among nations.  相似文献

Studies based on information acquired by participative geographic approaches have sought to cope with emergency situations and disasters such as floods. However, the impact of these approaches to flood risk governance systems in order to understand these types of events as a complete risk cycle is still not clear. This paper focuses on analysing the governance possibilities of using participative geographic information like volunteered and public participatory geographic information for flood risk reduction in the case of Santiago de Chile, a city which regularly experiences urban floods during rainy seasons. Based on in-depth interviews and document analysis, our study indicates that a relevant part of the current information used for flood risk reduction efforts is provided to local and regional authorities by the affected population. Though, local actors are not recognized by central agencies as valid agents for the production of official information. Moreover, there are neither instances of communication or deliberation with the community, which reduces the capacity of local actors to discuss possible solutions. Participative geographic instruments are seen as potential mechanisms to strengthen work relations among local actors and authorities, by enhancing new logics for producing and sharing information. The impacts for the current risk governance system though can be diverse depending on the participants' level of commitment of participants and the political relations between actors and agencies. Considered as merely data acquisition and analysis mechanisms, participative instruments reproduce the existing hierarchical top-down structures. Furthermore, local-based approaches can enhance local work, support local diagnostics and increase the decision capacity of citizens.  相似文献
